Ormskirk Pets offers a click and collect service within 24hrs of placing an order on the website. We are open Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. Quick access to all 9,000 products we stock!

Usually all orders are ready within 24hrs. Please wait for a text / email to confirm the order is ready to collect. If there are any stock issues or your is delayed, we'll be in touch.
Unfortunately not. We are a click and collect or delivery service only.
You can, please ensure you have the correct cash if possible. Alternatively, you can pay online either by Debit / Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

If you're having difficulty getting to us, or worried about the weight of heavy bags of food or litter. Don't worry, we offer a delivery service across the whole of the UK for a nominal fee.
